INSTRUCTIONS AND REGISTRATION
-
Please read all the instructions below before filling in the
e-Registration Form.
- If you are not a Brazilian resident follow the instructions
in the English version of the website to register. International
registrations will only be accepted through the English version
of the site. If you are a Brazilian resident use the Portuguese
version of the website to register.
- For the e-Registration, fill in the personal and financial
information sections of the form.
- Regarding the financial data section, consider the following:
-- For each item you wish to register, check the corresponding
line.
-- If you are a student and can show a document proving so,
please refer to the student category fees.
-- If you send the e-Registration Form by 31/5, the fees for
this category will still be applicable. In case you register
between 1/6 and 30/6, please refer to this category for the
fees and other specific information.
-- When purchasing the booklet of conference proceedings,
consider the fee related to your registration date. The booklets
will be handed in at the location of the conference.
-- All amounts are calculated automatically.
- After having filled in all the information requested on
the e-Registration Form, please verify the data by clicking
on “OK” and send by clicking on “Yes”.
- For international registrations, the payment should be made
on 17/9 2011 at the beginning of the event. Registration fees
vary according to the receipt date of the registration form.
- Confirmation of international registrations will be made
upon receipt of payment. In case a participant wishes to receive
a student discount, valid student ID must be shown when paying.
